This is our smallest room, but full of history. The large walnut featherbed was built in 1860, (The time of Lincoln), and endured the famous Chicago fire. The dressers have marble tops and one has a large mirror. There is a cozy sitting area for two. This room has a private entrance as well as a spacious bathroom. The bathroom is fashioned from the 50’s and has an interesting arch above the tub/shower. The room contains antique quilts, hats as well as an old dress mannequin. If history is your interest you will enjoy this room. You may indulge in a Swedish massage for an extra fee.
